1．Though the strap under the pallet. |
2．Take the tensioner in your right hand and depress down the tension lever,the left hand place the strap under the tripper and the bottom section of cutter housing.The end of strap should protrude"2"beyond the tool,release the tension lever

3．Slide the top strap into the cultter slot and the windlass slot. |
4．Hold the tool with your left hand the move the handle hackand forth with your right hand,until the strap is tensioned. |

5．When proper tension is reached,place the seal open side down over both straps in front of the tool. |
6．Open the sealer fully position,place the sealer on the top of the seal. |

||
7．Press handle together to fully crimp the seal,remove the sealer. |
8．Depress the tension lever to cut the strap,with the tension lever depress pivot the tool to the right. |

9．Remove from the completed strap finished. |
